Providing daily consultations involving taxation process, cost accounting, capital exchanges, investment financing, financial risk control, and other fiscal and tax affairs, to Chinese-funded enterprises in The Philippines in order to prevent and control the financial risks of enterprises and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
1、菲律宾的税收咨询与规划:包括增值税、所得税、预提税、个人所得税以及其他税收的税率、抵扣方式、征缴方式;菲律宾的税收优惠制度,自贸区、保税区等税收优惠条件。
2、菲律宾基本财会法规与制度:包括关于会计凭证、账簿、报表等方面的日常咨询;为客户在菲律宾经营涉及的资金进出、银行操作、票据处理、报销处理等财务事项,提供咨询意见,确保客户符合当地法规及惯例要求。
3、企业对外投资融资:针对客户的财务状况及经营需要,为其向银行及其他金融机构融资提供建议和意见;为客户日常对外投资活动,提供财务咨询意见。
4、政府与金融机构的关系:为客户与政府部门、金融机构的关系处理提供咨询意见,包括税务、外汇、海关、银行等各部门及机构;并在必要的时候,代表客户与上述部门及机构进行沟通协调,维护客户的利益。
5、就客户已经、面临或者可能发生的财务纠纷、财务风险,提示客户,发表意见及建议;
6、经客户请求,参与客户对外谈判、磋商,并就财税问题提供咨询意见;
7、双方商定的其他委托事项。
1. Tax consultation and planning: including VAT, income tax, withholding tax, personal income tax and other tax rates, deduction methods, and collection methods; tax incentives in The Philippines, free trade zones, tariff-free zones, and other preferential tax terms.
2. Basic accounting regulations and systems of The Philippines: including daily consultation on accounting vouchers, accounting records, statements, etc.; providing advices on financial transactions related to the capital flows, banking operations, bill processing, reimbursement processing, etc. in The Philippines, so ensure that client-company will meet local regulations and custom requirements.
3. External investments and corporate financing: providing advices and opinions on the financing of banks and other financial institutions based on their financial status and operational needs; providing financial advisory opinions on their daily external investment activities.
4. The relationship between government or financial institutions: advising clients on the relationship with government departments or financial institutions, including tax, foreign exchange, customs, banks and other departments; and when necessary, communicating and coordinating with the abovementioned departments and organizations on behalf of client-company in order to safeguard customers’ interests.
5. Reminding of and offering prompt opinions and suggestions to client-company who might face or get involved with financial disputes and/or financial risks;
6. Participating and assisting in external negotiations with other parties, and providing advices on fiscal and tax issues upon client-company’s request.
7. Other matters of entrustment agreed by both parties.
