一、 介绍 Introduction

如果你的餐厅供应酒类，那么必须获得酒类执照。这可以从当地税务专员那里得到，表格可

以在相应的州政府网站上找到。拥有这个许可证是非常重要的，因为如果你出售没有上述许

可证的酒，你可能会招致巨额罚款，也会被迫永久关闭该场所

If your restaurant serves liquor, then procuring the Liquor License is a must. This can be obtained from the Local Excise Commissioner, and the forms are available at the respective State Government websites. Having this license is exceptionally crucial since if you sell liquor without the above-said license, you can incur a huge penalty and also be forced to shut down the premises permanently.

二、 流程 Procedure：

1:所在州的政府网站查找表格 Go to your state government website to find the form.

2: 上述文件应送达有关税务官员处 Documents mentioned above should be served to the

concerned Excise Officer who inspects the restaurant or the hotel premises.

3:该官员将与酒类管理局提交报告 submit a report to the liquor granting authority.

4: 获得批准后，申请人必须按照指南提交费用，然后颁发许可证 After the approval, the

applicant has to submit the fees as per the guidelines and then the license is issued.

三、所需文件 Documents：

以下是获得餐厅或酒吧酒类执照所需的文件清单 Here’s the list of documents required for

getting the Liquor License for a restaurant or bar:

1: 关于餐厅或酒店的法律地位的证明文件，也就是说，无论它是一家公司、合伙公司还是

任何其他类型的机构 Documentary proof regarding the legal status of the restaurant or the

hotel, that is, whether it is a company, partnership firm or any other type of setup；2

2: 证明餐厅或酒店是否合法拥有该地块 Proof for whether the restaurant or the hotel is in

legal possession of the plot；

3: 验证餐厅或酒店建筑完工的证书 A certificate that validates the completion of the restaurant

or the hotel building；

4: 地方当局的贸易许可证，即 MCD/NDMC 或其他当局

Trade License from the Local authority, that is, MCD/NDMC or such other authorities；

5: DCP颁发的餐饮注册证书

Certificate of registration of eating house license issued by the DCP；

6: 关于申请人的所得税评估和销售税评估的证明文件

Documentary proof regarding applicant being an Income Tax Assessment and Sales Tax Assesssment；

7: 来自州消防局的消防许可 NOC from the state Fire Service；
